Coaching Businesses and Organizations

Jeff Copper—Trained for Tomorrow—Coaching Today

Jeff Copper, founder of DIG Coaching, understands that you know your business and your job better than anyone. He also knows that you or your staff sometimes gets in the way of your own success. In a coaching relationship with Jeff, you will work toward success by removing the barriers that are keeping you from realizing your potential.

Business coaching specialties include:

  • Entrepreneurs (*): You grew your business from the ground up, but now you're at a plateau. You know the sky's the limit, but the results are not there. Jeff is the business coach who can help you think through the situation with objectivity to determine how to get over the hump. Jeff knows the right questions to ask to bring the solutions into focus.

  • Executives (*): To be truly effective, executives must concentrate on what they're good at, know when to delegate, and determine the best person for each task without jeopardizing the project, staff, or resources. Jeff's objectivity and probing questions help executives identify people's strengths, ultimately facilitating the job and placing the right people in the right roles.

  • Senior and Mid-Level Managers (*): You know your business, but stress and time have zapped the creativity that fueled your rise up the corporate ladder. Jeff listens and knows the right questions to ask to help you excavate your buried creativity, reignite your fire, and firmly grasp the next rung on that ladder.

* Jeff is uniquely trained and experienced in coaching people with symptoms
common to attention deficit disorder, those with ADD, and those impacted by it.

A New Kind of Coach for the 21st Century

Jeff Copper isn't your average business coach.

He isn't about designing a new five-year plan for you (although he has the ability to). He isn't about developing a new branding strategy for you (although he knows how to). You wouldn't hire him to tell you that you need to upgrade all your information systems (even if you do). And he isn't about to play shortstop in your company's softball league (even though you might want him to).

From his high school days as a top-ranked competitive swimmer to his rise to top sales and marketing professional, to doing his part in a startup business going public, becoming an attentive husband and father, and coaching Masters swim teams, Jeff has been driven by dedication, discipline, and desire. His accomplishments rival those of the most successful individuals in America.

Jeff established the DIG Coaching Practice as an outgrowth of his own successful endeavors. As a coach, he brings a breadth of diverse experience and wisdom to his clients.

21st Century Business Makes ADD Symptoms Commonplace

Today's fast-paced business environment is moving at warp speed. Keeping up, multi-tasking, information overload, and trying to filter what's important from what's not can be overwhelming. So it's not surprising that many of today's executives and managers may exhibit Attention Deficit Disorder* symptoms, such as impulsivity, inability to stay focused, procrastination, and difficulty managing time and keeping organized.

Jeff Copper realized that he could be even more effective as a business coach by becoming specially trained to coach adults with ADD, ADD symptoms, and those who are impacted by it. For more information about Jeff's ADD coaching specialty, click here.

*It is estimated that between 4% and 8% of all adults have ADD. When you consider that each person who has ADD or its symptoms impacts a boss, coworkers, and people who report to them, you can see that a significant portion of your organization can be affected directly.
