About Jeff Copper, ADD / ADHD Coach and Consultant
Discipline, Dedication and Desire

From his high school days as a top-ranked competitive swimmer to his rise to top sales and marketing professional, to doing his part in a startup business going public, becoming an attentive husband and father, and coaching Masters swim teams; Jeff Copper has been driven by dedication, discipline, and desire. His accomplishments rival those of the most successful individuals in America.
Today, Jeff is not only the founder of DIG Coaching Practice; he is the host and founder of Attention Talk Radio where he is an attention coach for individuals and entrepreneurs with ADD/ADHD symptoms seeking personal and business results. Jeff brings a breath of diverse experience and wisdom to his clients through his attention coaching. In this role, Jeff encourages others to realize their own potential by helping them to overcome information overload, chronic disorganization, ADHD and ADD symptoms, time management problems, attention deficit disorder impulsivity, and other conditions that may hinder one's advancement. Jeff lives in Tampa with his wife and their two sons.
Why Jeff Copper?
Jeff Copper established the DIG Coaching practice as an outgrowth of his own successful endeavors. As a coach, he brings a breath of diverse experience, sensitivity, and wisdom to his clients.
While coaching techniques can be learned through instruction, the art of coaching is largely an innate talent. "Natural" coaches like Jeff draws people out and motivate them to accomplish more than they might be capable of on their own. Jeff has a strong desire to help others, and has good listening skills, can identify recurring patterns in a client's behavior, and get to the essence of any identifiable obstacle
